Article 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 22bb website accessible at https://22bb.io, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" means any individual who registers an account with 22bb and uses the Platform for the purposes of gaming, sports betting, or any other services offered.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access Platform services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a 22bb promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by a Player on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳, which is the primary currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by 22bb to all Players in accordance with the Platform's anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, account sharing, use of automated software, and collusion.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of 22bb, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters that prevent or impair the Platform's operation.

Article 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 22bb Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. Acceptance is also implied by any continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended version of these Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with 22bb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 22bb. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you accept personal liability for their compliance.

Article 3

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 22bb Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any services on the Platform. 22bb enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, with any remaining Balance forfeited in its entirety.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 22bb Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 22bb makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific location. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 22bb reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all Balances upon discovery of duplicate registrations.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Any deliberate provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation and potential permanent closure.

3.5 KYC Verification

22bb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction or closure.

Article 4

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 22bb will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify 22bb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4.2 Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to place Wagers on your behalf, is strictly prohibited. 22bb bears no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

22bb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 22bb will notify the Player at the registered email address before applying any inactivity policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain Account activity and ensure continued access to their Balance.

Article 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22bb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in BDT. 22bb does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on the Player's account verification level and the payment method used. Players wishing to increase their transaction limits may do so by completing the full KYC process.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank processing times of one to three business days. 22bb charges no platform-side fees on deposits; however, standard mobile operator or bank charges applied by the payment provider are outside 22bb's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. 22bb reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are only available to Players whose Accounts have completed the KYC verification process. Real-money winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotional terms before they may be withdrawn. 22bb reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.6 Player Funds

Player funds held in 22bb Accounts are maintained separately from the Platform's operational funds. While 22bb takes all reasonable steps to safeguard player funds, it does not provide interest on Account Balances. Players are advised to withdraw funds they do not intend to wager in the near term.

Article 6

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 22bb are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this Article. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Article, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all games on the 22bb Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino table games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting markets may each carry different contribution rates. The contribution rates applicable to each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Playing games with 0% contribution will not progress wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

22bb actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements, and any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and related winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after all applicable wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal. If a Player chooses to withdraw real-money Balance before completing bonus wagering requirements, any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.

Article 7

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game and Betting Market Availability

22bb reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game, betting market, or product offering from the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice. The temporary or permanent unavailability of any game or market does not entitle any Player to compensation.

7.2 Finality of Wagers

Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Wagers are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant game or sport. Errors in bet placement are the sole responsibility of the Player.

7.3 Odds and Prices

All betting odds displayed on the 22bb Platform are subject to change up to the point at which a Wager is confirmed. 22bb reserves the right to correct any manifest errors in displayed odds. Wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided, with stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, 22bb's decision on the outcome of the affected round is final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. No further compensation is payable in respect of game malfunctions.

7.5 Return to Player (RTP)

All slot and casino games on the 22bb Platform are supplied by licensed third-party studios and operate with independently certified RTP percentages. RTP figures are published by the respective game providers and are available within individual game information panels. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee results for any individual session or Player.

Article 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22bb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or attempting to deceive 22bb in any way.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on the Platform.
• Bonus exploitation: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, including matched betting, arbitrage, and hedging strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally losing chips or funds to another Player in a live casino environment for the purpose of transferring value between Accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the laundering of funds derived from illegal activity. 22bb cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in all applicable jurisdictions.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (including live chat) to harass, threaten, or abuse other Players or 22bb staff.

Article 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22bb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and brand assets, is the property of 22bb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 22bb.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Game content displayed on the Platform is supplied under licence from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Jili. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios. 22bb holds valid licence agreements covering the display and operation of all game content on the Platform.

Article 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bb shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

22bb does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and Force Majeure events may cause the Platform to be temporarily unavailable. 22bb will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.

In all circumstances where 22bb is found liable to a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of 22bb shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Article 11

Privacy & Data

22bb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

22bb uses Player data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and platform improvement. 22bb does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and under binding data processing agreements.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Certain data may be retained for legally required periods even following Account closure, in particular data related to financial transactions and identity verification.

Article 12

Amendments to These Terms

22bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 22bb will provide advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting changes) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://22bb.io/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the latest revision at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.

Article 13

Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting 22bb support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 22bb will process any outstanding withdrawal of real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Accounts subject to ongoing investigation may have their closure request deferred until the investigation is resolved.

13.2 Termination by 22bb

22bb reserves the right to close any Player Account immediately and without prior notice in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other circumstance that 22bb reasonably determines poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or regulatory compliance. In the event of termination for cause, 22bb may withhold any Balance pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds in their entirety.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, the Player's licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. All pending Wagers placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal course and any resulting real-money winnings will be credited and processed for withdrawal where the closure was initiated by the Player in good standing. Articles that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

Article 14

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the 22bb Platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, withdrawal processing, or Account status — Players are required to first contact 22bb customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and any supporting evidence.

22bb aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours of receipt (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to resolve disputes within seven (7) business days. Complex disputes involving financial transactions or technical investigations may require additional time. 22bb will keep the Player informed of progress throughout the resolution process.

22bb's decisions on matters within its reasonable operational discretion — including game outcome determinations, malfunction rulings, and bonus eligibility assessments — are final and binding. Where a dispute relates to a third-party game provider's outcome, 22bb will facilitate escalation to the relevant studio's dispute resolution process where appropriate.

Players who remain dissatisfied following 22bb's internal dispute resolution process may seek independent mediation through an applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. 22bb will cooperate fully with any duly constituted ADR process initiated in respect of a valid dispute.

Article 15

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to 22bb's international platform licensing framework. The Platform is operated in accordance with its international gaming licence and complies with the requirements of that licence in respect of player protection, fair play, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that Players may have under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction of residence. Players in Bangladesh are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their local legal rights in respect of online gaming services.
